It's rare that you find someone who comes right out of college into the workforce who is willing to devote his time and energy 100% to his job. Jon goes above and beyond the call of duty daily and he knows the ins and outs of every piece of HP equipment. His diligence and quality control is second to none and whenever he is needed, he is on top of the project, no matter the scope. Jon Sohinki's takes a page out of Yoda's book... for him it's "Do or do not. There is no try." For someone in his age bracket, that is indeed a uniquely admirable trait.
