I have had the pleasure of working closely with Jon for the past two and a half years at Aus Eco Solutions (AES). We began our employment at AES on the same day in 2014 as Environmental Technicians (Field Crew) and shortly after were both promoted to Field Coordinators where we worked side by side as part of the sales team whilst managing clients, large projects and field crew. I now report directly to Jon in his position as Victorian Branch Manager. Jon has showed his skills to communicate with both customers and the sales staff, and due to his dedication and attention to detail, our company has seen an increase in sales during this period. Jon takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. I have acted in Jon's position whilst he has been on annual leave and am aware that his role requires strong communication skills, exemplary time management and strong initiative. He clearly demonstrates that he not only has these skills, but that he also has the ability to inspire, respect and cooperate with his entire team. Jon's ambition to excel his career in the environmental management industry is evident in his ideas, performance and the smooth and efficient operations of his Victorian Branch. Jon and I have worked extremely well together and have a strong working relationship where we bounce of each other's strengths and weaknesses to achieve our goals.
