The company sent me to about 70% of the locations to implement this process.

By June '95 the Dallas branch as well as the plate processing center located at the Dallas facility had been audited by Lloyd's for certification to ISO-9002. The company put me on a team of personnel who went from branch to branch getting them prepared to successfully complete their initial ISO audit performed by a 3rd party, Lloyd's Quality Assurance.
