I worked as Jon's direct manager at Dubsado for 2 years. Outside of his great taste in music, interest in crypto, and obsession with the Lakers, Jon is a solid software developer. He successfully led the development of the Dubsado scheduler - now one of our most used features - amongst several other projects during this time. He is dedicated to always improving himself and others around him. Jon is an excellent team player, be it listening, communicating, or receiving feedback - making it a real pleasure to work with him.

I had the privilege to work with Jon at Codesmith where he worked as a software engineer. He has deep experience in React/Redux, especially using functional patterns to create easily testable, highly readable code. He worked across the stack - his backend work focused on scaling relational databases. He is able to work across a range of projects and team structures. Jon will be an asset and gifted technical mentor to others as part of any team.
