As a partner, practice manager and consultant with Altai, I’ve managed and worked on the development of Microsoft CRM vertical and add-ons solutions. In April 2009, Altai became both a consulting and development company. My primary role since then has been associated with the management, implementation, sales, development and marketing of our Microsoft CRM Altai Associations Management System (“AMS”) solution and development of the Altai. This includes working with my partner to grow the company; CRM Practice Manager, Project Management, working closely with sales and marketing on business development including sales calls, configured demos, client presentations, responding to RFP’s and proposal development. Since the end of 2009 we have grown from 2 employees to 20 and from 300,000 in revenues to 3.1 million with a focus on working with associations and non-profits. Accomplishments: • Served as executive sponsor of Microsoft CRM/Altai AMS implementation for an international organization with 400 plus users. The final solution replaced multiple existing systems and integrated with their Great Plains financials and website. The project was delivered in phases over a two year period and is used to manage the client’s million plus members and associated association activates. • Lead the design and configuration a vertical Microsoft CRM for Associations Management System solution that is being offered as both a hosted and on premise solution. Working with our team as the consulting manager, we have upgraded the solution from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 and now CRM 2013. We have expanded the solution to include on-line web portal functionality that supports external member/customer facing services. • Managed and/or participated in 16 Microsoft CRM life cycle Implementations since 2009.
