  • Led the development of an ambitious multi-channel retailing project to provide a framework for processing sales, orders and returns through the Jaeger and Aquascutum’s various platforms, including both brand websites, point of sale systems located in the company-run stores and external customers that bought stock through wholesale channels. The system was a success and directly responsible for opening a major revenue channel for the business. The pioneering nature of the system led to a positive review and case study being carried out by leading retail industry journal, The Grocer.• Designed and developed a system in conjunction with other departments to facilitate the stocktaking process for both the warehouses and the company’s stores throughout the UK.• Integrated a loyalty scheme for customers of both Jaeger and Aquascutum, providing rewards for repeat purchases and customer data for analysis.• Responsible for training junior developers and retraining more senior members of staff in newer technologies and procedures.
