I am a musician playing Jazz on Trumpet EWI and dabble with Ukulele. When not traveling, I work at my home office with my large hairy dogs and a 7.1 pound ferrel devil cat from hell that only loves dogs and a few people on earth. I also frequently fill the crock pot up with veggies and meat so it seems I've been cooking all day when my wife comes home from work. As an employee owner of the largest Microsoft Dynamics Gold Certified Partner in the US, I was Director of the largest dedicated upgrade team in the NAV/BC community. Since 1985, I have been involved in business and business software. Since 2002, I have upgraded 450+ customers. While building a tribe of International, self managed leaders, I worked with a team that worked on perfecting the art of Upgrading to Dynamics 365 Business Central. My super power is creativity. I have a natural propensity towards curiosity. I'm a visionary and an influencer. Risk doesn't bother me, but, I'm hyper aware of it. I don't work in a war zone and inspire others to act the same, while treading vulnerably and innocently through generally accepted barriers, unlearning to discover new ways of thinking, experiencing and doing. When projects are at their most challenging, I'm enjoying myself the most. I think in a medium of infinite possibilities. Every morning, I get up imagining how I will change the world today. And despite my failure to do so most days, I go to bed every night imagining how I will change the world tomorrow. Show less
