      I spent nearly 4 years as a very successful freelance creative.At DDB, I worked on the VW and Capital One accounts before I moved to O&M's specialist Ford annex, Blue Hive. Here I worked on Ford Europe and Team Detroit's brand campaigns, including the formation and execution of the global social media strategy.I was asked to go to work at Hurrell & Dawson when they first started - just ten people in borrowed offices in Soho Square.
