I had the pleasure to work with Jon for 4 years. Jon is a gifted leader and brings a rare level of conscientiousness, dedication and intelligence to every project, or endeavor he is engaged in. In our work Jon had to connect with leaders and sales people quickly in order to drive them to levels of performance and work load they were unaccustomed to. This is not to suggest they were not working hard, but it is most certainly the case that we were asking them to do more. Jon's ability to organize his resources, leverage multiple technologies (some of which he had to learn for a single project) and train and coach sales people and their leaders is outstanding. Unflappable, committed and driven are some of the words I would use to describe Jon. I would also add that he is easily one of the most honest, thoughtful and caring people I know. In short Jon is a great person and a marvelous leader. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking to hire a sales leader and most certainly would consider any company fortunate to obtain him in an individual contributor role.

It isn't easy to walk into a room of sales professionals that you do not know and command the room with confidence, expertise, knowledge and tact - But ,when we first met, Jon was able to do just that. I had the pleasure of working closely with Jon for the better part of a year with a few of my sales teams at Torstar. We enlisted Jon's services from HoneyBadger to help drive sales and revenue through training, coaching and sales rigor. Jon's ability to train the large group and coach individuals at the same time was impressive and made a dramatic difference in the productivity of the team. Not only that, I was particularly impressed Jon's ability to handle even the toughest clients in our industry effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among customer service professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. It did not matter if Jon was on another continent or in a different time zone, he still made himself available for virtual team calls and coaching for our group. We had set very aggressive targets and it was important that the sales team hit daily numbers to achieve those sales targets. Jon did an amazing job at keeping the team motivated, training them to be prepared, coaching them through the process, holding them accountable and taking the lead on client facing sales calls. I am happy to say that we exceeded our revenue targets for the project led by Jon. I am confident in saying that any sales organization would be tremendously lucky to have Jon and his abilities.
