A senior member of PAREXEL's EMEA Talent Acquisition team. I am responsible for managing the strategic sourcing and full recruitment lifecycle of multiple positions for different business groups within PAREXEL. Responsibilities: • Working in partnership with Hiring Managers, Directors and VP's to fully understand their resource requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. • Manage and drive the recruitment and selection process, from initial sourcing and screening of candidates through to hire and on boarding. • Managing a team of delivery consultants. • Working to FTE and project specific requirements based on client requests. • Produce and present recruitment metrics to senior management on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. • Analysing market and competitor trends feeding back to the business to improve our own recruitment and hiring processes. • Develop talent pipelines to aid with current and future resource needs. • Ensure cost effective recruitment methods are fully utilised to minimise costs. • Maintaining and utilising the resource database. • Vendor and supplier management including contract negotiation.
