Worked with the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) in developing standard rules and regulations governing competitions for athletes ages 8 – 17yrs and provide a standard structure to oversee youth competitions in all areas on the United States where permitted. I have created operational plans and oversaw the U.S. Marshals Service tactical roles during the 2000 Democratic National Convention, Mexican Mafia trials, Arian Brotherhood trials and the response in support of Los Angeles International Airport during the terrorist attacks on 9/11. I developed the original Standard Operational Procedure for the Central District of California’s Special Response Team, provided tactical team training to Local, Federal & Military personnel. 1992 – 1995: Deputy U.S. Marshal - Central District of California Duties included transport of prisoners, judicial protection details, service of civil and criminal process and service of arrest warrants on federal fugitives. Preformed duties as Deputy in Charge for protective details involving Supreme Court Justices, District Court Judges and an assistant United States Attorney.
