      My department handles all pre-owned inventory from the moment of acquisition. From stocking the unit into Reynolds, pricing and pushing to VAuto. We verify the condition and the exact trim levels, accessories and options. We check the unit in when it arrives, whether it is a trade or off site purchase. Once the unit arrives we verify condition (arbitrate if needed) and prepare the unit for service. We write the Repair order to be given to technician. We monitor all pre-owned reconditioning through Rapid Recon. Once the service is completed we have the unit detailed. After the detail is complete we take high quality photos for merchandising. Once the photos are taken and the window stickers are applied the unit is then ready for the final part of the reconditioning process, Factory Finish. Factory Finish then removes any small dents (anything larger would have been send to the body shop after the completion of service). Factory Finish also does touch up, wheel repair, interior repair and windshield repair. After Factory Finish is finished the unit is returned to the front lot where it is ready for retail. Because this process is so efficient our average days in inventory is 27. Our turn is 13.5 times per year.
