  With over 30 years’ experience in private practice, I am able to focus on commercial solutions. I offer wide ranging advice to financial institutions, public and private companies, government bodies, insolvency practitioners and individuals.My practice areas include corporate and commercial disputes, banking and insolvency, finance and securities, equity and trusts.I have also been actively involved in policy and regulatory change through my membership of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committees of the Law Council of Australia and Queensland Law Society.I regard the maintenance of high standards of professional conduct as paramount in legal practice and served as Clerk to the Statutory Committee and Solicitors Complaints Tribunal for 20 years. I was previously a partner in an international legal firm but now enjoy the flexibility and independence that is offered by a smaller practice.
