Continued development of departmental priorities and first hand involvement of the fiscal responsibilities for the operations of the department requires strict protocols be followed for the efficient operation of the department. By maintaining a cohesive relationship with the Civil Service Department of the City of Akron and conducting comprehensive interviews with the candidates for employment provided to the District.I continue to work closely with the Grounds Foreman and Head Custodians at the new facilities to ensure adequate staffing, appropriate supply levels and equipment for maintaining the buildings.
