Jon worked as an engineering program manager in my group to manage the delivery of webOS devices. Jon is an excellent program manager. From the day he started he was able to hit the ground running by working with a diverse cross functional team to gather requirements, document the process, and come up with a schedule and work plan. Not only can he work effectively with a local team, he did an excellent job in working with teams located in different countries (different internal groups as well as ODMs). He did this by establishing great relations over email, phone, and many visits to the ODM and related factories. He personality and style allowed him to work well with a diverse group and personalities. I would hire Jon again to work on any new project.
