I had the pleasure of working for Jo Louise during my time at Warner Bros. She is a multi-talented, solution oriented, and experienced professional who has many transferable business skills to her credit. Her ability to look at a situation from both a "big picture" standpoint as well as fine details is one of the facets of her aptitude that serves the company she is working for best. She is also blessed with an astute ability to manage various personality types with confidence. She inspires personnel to work to exceed their own presupposed abilities through calm, consistent tutelage. Her flexibility when facing challenges makes her dependable and resourceful to work with and she truly is an asset to any company she comes in contact with.

Jo Hanson was my immediate superior at Warner Bros. Technical Operations for 13 years. In that time Jo was an excellent executive in two key ways. Jo knew that the key to operating a great department was hiring highly competent people to work for her and then let them do what they know how to do. She was never interfering and was never one to look over your shoulder. At the same time Jo was always thee if you had a question or needed her advise on any matter. In addition to this quality Jo was also forward thinking, never content to merely do work strictly within the confines of her job description. She saw what was needed for our department to expand for the betterment of Warner Bros. and convinced her superiors of the value of her ideas. She always made these new ventures a success. In sum, Jo is a highly intelligent, confident executive who I worked closely with and highly recommend.
