Interned at the Singapore Book Publishers Association Secretariat where I was mostly responsible for the Singapore Book Awards 2021. I was also responsible for administrative tasks.∙ Authored multiple newsletters that were disseminated to members of the Singapore Book Publishers Association.∙ Edited and published the video “Introduction to Live Streaming” as part of Singapore Book Publishers Association Training Program.∙ Revamped and updated the Singapore Book Publishers Association website.∙ Envisioned, planned and executed the 2021 edition of the Singapore Book Awards Finalist Announcement. This included writing the script, coordinating graphical asset production, envisioning and setting up a studio for livestreaming, and ensuring that the livestream was successful. ∙ Authored a social media plan for the Singapore Book Awards, created the corresponding visuals and managed the rollout of social media content.∙ Conceptualised and designed certificates for the Singapore Book Awards and the Singapore Book Publishers Association Internship Program.∙ Managed the Singapore Book Publishers Association Lazada seller center account. This included creating new listings and updating outdated listings.

Photography Team Lead

Worked on a project under Kenetics Innovation Pte Ltd. to take portrait photographs of students for the purpose of printing their primary and secondary school Ez-link cards.∙ Led a team to undertake this project at different schools daily, setting up our equipment and conducting a photoshoot for an average of 12 classes per day.∙ Managed the administrative concerns of my team members, assigning tasks for them and ensuring that their timesheets are updated promptly and correctly so that payment could be made to them on time.∙ Managed the administration and communication aspects of the projects with the schools. This included arranging for an appropriate venue and equipment for the photoshoot, planning the project operations which varies from school to school and depending on the venue given, and ensuring that the photos taken are matched correctly with the names of students.∙ Demonstrated, trained, and guided my team on the operation and maintenance of our photography equipment, on ensuring that photo quality was outstanding, on operating and troubleshooting our photography software, and on performing with manpower shortages.∙ Encouraged and aspired teamwork and efficiency in maximizing the limited time given for our photoshoots.
