Duties: Business Development & Executive Searching in various industry; Collect and analyze related industry information; Search suitable candidate through multiple-channels such as database, cold call, relationship network and internet etc; Screen resumes and run pre-testing; Schedule and coordinate interview; Interviewing the candidate; Deep communication with candidates to get information, present career opportunity and build up relationship; Create required recruiting report; Communicate with client to arrange interview; Coordinate offer assignment; Build a database of candidates, finish searching list and weekly report; Develop and maintain more searching channels; Maintain a good relationships with both candidates and clients; Show less
