When the former yoga instructor left her position, I took over the responsibility for providing yoga classes for HZ students. My mission was to share my passion for yoga and to inspire people to join. Responsibilities: • Organized weekly yoga classes for HZ sport students, providing them with a valuable opportunity to practice yoga and improve their well-being. • Adapted to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic by swiftly transitioning to online yoga classes, conducting two sessions per week to ensure continuity and support for students. • Utilized social media platforms to promote the yoga classes, creating engaging and informative posts using photo’s I took. This attracted new participants and help raise awareness of the benefits of yoga. • Facilitated in-person classes at a large classroom in the University once it became possible again, offering students a safe, inclusive, and fun environment to practice yoga together. Milestones and achievements • Received positive feedback from students, acknowledging the positive impact of the yoga classes on their physical and mental well-being. • Collaborated the HZ sport department to continuously improve the yoga program, incorporating student feedback and integrating new techniques or themes to keep the classes engaging and beneficial. • Drove significant growth in participation, with the number of students attending increasing from an initial group of 7 to a thriving community of 24 individuals.
