      JOB SCOPES Team Lead of Limit Team (A) Job Scopes: • Oversee Limit Team. • Support and manage within headcounts. • Increase operations productivity, lower unit cost via process improvement and OT reduction. • To deliver service according to SLI in terms of turnaround time with no backlog. • Ensure Risks are managed. • To achieve satisfactory audit ratings with no major issues. • Liaise and manger outsourcing with MY Team at KL. (B) Loan Implementation: • Handle different type of Products (Retail/Corporate Customer): Term Loan, Revolving Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Term Loan, Agency Loan, Trade Product, OD, Shares, Premium Financing, Portfolio Financing and etc. • Handle Loan Shell creation, Account Maintenance (Limit Reduction, Update account status and etc) and Account Activation. • Handle BAU issues and investigation when error incurred. • Liaise with RM on the Loan Structure and system behavior. (C) Insurance: • Handle Renewal of Insurance (Local/Foreign Property), Cancellation of Insurance policy, Update static data (Change Mailing Address, Insurance Premium collection upon Redemption & etc) • Ensure and monitor all insurance policy were renewed before the policy expiry. • Upon receiving of the renewed policy, forward to MY Team to update system on the policy detail, insurance premium collection from customer and make insurance premium to Insurance Company. • Send Oversee Mortgage Monthly Report on Expiring and Expired insurance to Product and Mobile Support to contact customer on the renewal policy. • Liaise with Insurance Company if there is any discrepancy on the policy or insurance premium. (D) Project/ Support New Product implementation: • Coordinate with upstream (Product Manage / Business Unit). • Coordinate with IT and Vendor for issues/defect raise during UAT testing and Production. (E) People: • Supervise staff. • Support the training need to MY Team at KL. Show less
