  My current role is to manage, evaluate, coach and supervise the work of custodial personnel maintaining specified levels of cleanliness and performance in university buildings on east and/or city campus. Plan, train, coordinate and manage daily work schedules and activities. Serves as a leader and role model in support of UNL Custodial Services continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing improvement in all areas of services. Work with custodial staff and management to ensure quality work and services are provided to campus in the form of technical training, safety compliance, leadership, and communication. Organize formal and informal training programs, documentation, and support materials. Assists the the Director and Assistant Director in the Administrative functions of the Custodial Department. I am certified in the following: OSHA Certified Instructor, Asbestos Certified Inspector, management planner and supervisor; accredited trainer in A.C.T. and I.C.E trainer and agraduate of APPA Institute.I am a current member of the Vice Chancellors Safety Committee, Chair of Custodial Services Safety Committee, member of ISSA, IEHA and APPA.
