      - I performed quality control analysis on raw material samples to evaluate fitness for production.       -I learnt how to take blood sample from patients using the pricking method, intramuscular and intravenous method of blood sample collection. -I learnt how to prepare blood smear( both thin and thick smear) using the microscopic glass slide. -I learnt how to use the electron microscope effectively. -I learnt how to prepare blood agar, chocolate agar, and nutrient agar respectively( according to the manufacturer's instruction). -I learnt how to sterilize the above mentioned agars, dispense them into petri dishes aseptically. -I learnt how to isolate my organisms from my samples. -I learnt how streak for pure culture. -I learnt about the incubation techniques. -I learnt on ABO blood grouping, genotype and widal test.
