Joe is an exceptional lender and manager of credit related matters. He has all the skills that a mature and experienced banker can offer. He would, also, be a valued teacher to a crop of new bankers coming up, who have not had the benefit of a formal training program. In today's world, experience is an important commodity. I highly recommend him.

Joe was SVP at Bank South and a client manager for many middle market relationships in the Atlanta market. He was well respected by both his colleagues as well as his customers and provided a high level of attention to detail in managing relationships, that included evaluating and delivering credit when needed, cash management services and general customer service. He would be a asset to a team and would be capable of managing others in the same environment as well. I was EVP of Corporate Banking at Bank South in Atlanta at the time Joe and I were associated. I am happy to recommend him.
