Mr. Mehra, that's what i call him. He kept saying, that if you are working long hours, you are either given too much work or you are inefficient. He has been a real good manager when it comes to handling the team professionally and personally. Even today, when you go to him for any advice, he will put the good and the bad in the front of you very clearly, and give your the courage to go ahead and choose. According to him, it is ok to make mistakes that don't have a huge impact and take things lightly, but delivery rightly. Thanks Ashish, was fun working with you.

      I've been with DoorstepForex.com right from the concept stage, to the initial product development, to setting-up the team, to the launch. I was the head of the business and scaled it up from its infancy to becoming the premier online foreign exchange marketplace in the country. This was one of the quickest instances of taking the turnover from zero to 10 digit figures in the shortest span, with a lean team and very efficient use of marketing resources. It was fun building this and growth hacking it to become one of the top online forex marketplaces in the country!
