Although I have no interest in engaging with active combat, joining a military establishment provided a dynamic and engaging platform for diversifying my skills and obtaining a command position. Completion of Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Leadership Modules A and B involved marching drills, weapon handling, classroom lessons and outdoor battlefield activities. Expanding physical ability, enforcing strict time keeping, discipline and honing my leadership & management capacity. Overall instilling the six core values of the British Army: Courage, Discipline, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty and Selfless Commitment. Show less
