My overall purpose as the Value Stream Manager is to leverage the assets available to the Truck Department to their fullest, to provide value to our customers and vendors, a sense of fulfillment and worth to our employees and profit to our shareholders all while being a positive influence in the community.

• Senior Design Engineer - Material Handling Equipment

  Responsible for the design and engineering of special engineered to order material handling equipment, Developing ingenious solutions to complex and unorthodox problems. I leverage FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) to ensure my designs are efficient. Use Lean principles and philosophies like Poka-Yoke in order to remove waste. At Hamilton I have designed trailers, cart, trucks, dollies, tables, racks, order picking carts, four wheel steer, fifth wheel steer, caster steer, automotive steer, four wheel automotive steer, knuckle steer, four wheel knuckle steer, dual steer, double fifth wheel steer, and so much more. My carts can be outfitted with, or made to work with other types of material handling equipment like conveyors, turntables, slew drives, power pushers, lift trucks, scissor lifts, trailer jacks, and so much more.
