I help ensure that all of the product solutions we build meet the expectations of our partners and clients with consideration for hardware and software requirements and the costs associated with deploying and maintaining the products we build. As part of this role, I spend a good bit of my time creating internal proof of concept architectures, analytics, and ultimately products, which prove out what we are capable of doing both in PoC and in future products and customer architectures. Often I have to consider how we include analytics built by disparate teams, coordinate between those teams and our developer teams, and ensure that we reuse as much as possible between each of our solutions at Digital Reasoning. In this role I continue to manage teams as needed for both PoC and product development typically on an ad-hoc basis as opposed to on-going. I manage one on-going effort for a focused team building an end-to-end solution for a customer and partner. And I continue to provide product management, data science, architecture, and technical leadership for this team as well.

My teams are fairly varied and range from platform engineering and ETL to overseeing the end-to-end creation of a holistic software product. My role includes direct interaction with product owners, partners, and customers to ensure that the products each team produces are valuable and we are iterating rapidly. All teams follow agile-scrum successfully. At least one team I have grown to twice it's original size. My role affords me an opportunity to still contribute technically including doing data science and providing technical guidance in building analytics in our products. For all teams I also act as an architect ensuring that security, hardware restrictions, enterprise readiness, ease of deployment, and product quality requirements are all accounted for in how we build the software.
