John was the Recruitment Manager who was instrumental in bringing some really great hires into Sky for me in the space of People Analytics and Programme Management. John always took the time to properly understand the roles, and asked all the right questions, often getting me to think about the role in different ways than I had before. The entire recruitment process was always really clear to me, and some of the best people who have joined the team over the last few years have been as a result of the support from John. He has really great stakeholder management skills, and has great instinct about who might be a good fit for the roles.
