John came in to our practice and found out where we were lacking with our computers and came up with creative ideas to make our day to day routine easier. He created a tracking program for us to always know whose hearing aids were out for repair or on new order and what type of appointment they needed when they came in. This allowed our staff to do their job of scheduling appointments without always coming to ask us what we needed. John also discovered some issues with my main laptop and very simply helped me to take care of it for the best price.
