Worked remotely for a small software company, based out of Alabama. I worked on the user interface and server-side of a utility billing platform for a residential and commercial utility provider in Dalton, GA. The UI was written with WinForms and connected to an in-house developed Java server. The server was responsible for gathering and returning data to the UI for customer usage history and aggregation, and billing history. The platform would also read ITRON files from Smart meters and import the raw meter data into the database for billing adjustments and calculations.
