      Some cases handled in 2006, i successfully handled a patent re-examination case on behalf of a French Telecommunication company. in 2007, i represented a US company successfully having an industrial design in bad faith invalidated. In 2008, i successfully represented a famous French company in a patent infringement case in which a series of actions were taken, including investigation, collecting evidence, requesting customs detention of infringing products, suing the infringer and defending the validity of the patent right. In 2008, i represented a famous German company against an industrial design patent infringement, which results in 600,000 pieces of infringing goods being detained and finally destroyed by the customs. From 2008 to 2009, i represented a French stationery company coordinating 18 patent infringement lawsuits against nine manufacturers and trading companies and forcing the infringers to pay nearly RMB500,000 as damages. In 2010, i represented a US golf company in counterattacking a patent infringement warning from another company and successfully had the patent partially invalidated. In 2011, i represented a domestic building materials company defending before the Supreme People's Court (“SPC”) in a patent-related retrial and finally won the case.
