  I was senior staff Physical Therapist serving the Geneseo and surrounding communities at the Lattimore Geneseo location. I primarily treated orthopedic conditions in our out-patient setting, but also treated common neurological conditions including post-stroke, MS, and Parkinson's in addition to specializing in the treatment of vestibular disorders such as BPPV and post-concussion syndrome. From February thru June 2020 I served as interim clinical director, managing day-to-day operations of the clinic and implementing safety protocols and procedures as COVID-19 hit New York in March that kept our patients and employees safe from the virus. During that time I implemented telemedicine services in the clinic. In August 2020 I was spotlighted in Lattimore's monthly blog for my leadership during the pandemic. I have also worked with a company in Yates county in creating a pre-employment screening tool for potential employees to complete at our Penn Yan location prior being hired to ensure they can meet all the physical demands of the job.For 3 months I worked at the Culver Road clinic which specializes in Upper Extremity rehabilitation and treated these patients in a small clinic with minimal equipment.
