At Scratch Marketing + Media, I had the privilege to work with John on a number of demand generation programs for large enterprise clients. Being the project owner and the main point of contact for the client, John stood out as a confident leader and exceptional content writer. John has the rare ability to understand complex technical concepts, digest them for the benefit of the team and translate them into engaging content. He doesn't spare effort in researching trends and best practices and talking to experts so he becomes the subject matter expert himself. As a strong communicator, it comes naturally to him to build rapport with the various stakeholders and act in the best interest of his clients. He has the patience and ability to educate his team on the topic of his content projects and enable them to do their best work. John is a trailblazer when it comes to uncovering new content opportunities and building marketing strategies from scratch. We collaborated on the development of the content marketing strategy and execution of the ABM thought leadership project of the agency, where he acted as the manager and quality control of the ABM educational content that we created. This initiative helped to position the agency as an ABM thought leader and win a number of projects. Last but not least, John is a super fun person to work with. His supportive attitude, easy-going personality, and sense of humor make him the content leader that anybody would want on their team.
