Developed the festival from idea to inception, whilst building and leading a company and team overseeing all aspects of curation, production, operations, partnerships and marketing through the festival’s growth. - Sŵn was the first event in the UK to secure multi-year funding from PRS Foundation. PRSF continue to support the event in recognition of its excellence in promoting new UK music. - Secured funding from Welsh Government Major Events Unit, acknowledging Sŵn as a Signature Event for Wales. - Received a prestigious Paul Hamlyn Foundation Breakthrough Fund for my work on Sŵn. - Developed the company further into a live music concert promoter and events producer, before completing an exit strategy sale in Spring 2018.
