We were transitioning towards the new millennium and I was excited to lead an innovative way of virtual banking exclusively online, telephone and via ATM’s. At the time the Y2K bug was the big scare, however I educated clients on banking security while I opened hundreds of brand new accounts, as well as managed accounts for daily banking transactions.
