As the lead instructor for Morgan International, I had the pleasure of being John's supporter and facilitator in the delivery of live CFA classes in Vancouver. In my time with him, he displayed the following attributes: Confident. Looked very comfortable in front large groups of students, even at his first class. Explanations were clear and concise, and the students enjoyed his likeability and approachability. Motivated. Tackled the CFA program with no corporate backing and passed without the assistance of an instructor/tutor (he was a do-it-yourselfer). His Interest in the field and dedication to its and his advancement was commendable. Reliable. No issues with unpreparedness or punctuality. Was always willing to stay late after class to answer queries from students. Team player. Took on a couple of extra classes when other instructors had scheduling conflicts. Self-starter.
