John is one the toughest clients I've encountered, though I mean this in an entirely complimentary way! I was the commercial lead for a SaaS vendor bringing a platform proposition to Musgrave's digital properties - he was the main interface at Musgrave liaising with commercial and technical influencers of all levels across the organisation. He was exceptionally thorough in every endeavour, ensuring every aspect was analysed fully, responsibilities defined and commitments unambiguously documented. Though most important for me; John is a really nice guy -and because of this suppliers work hard to make him a happy customer :)
