Dr. Susan Granquist, PMP

I had the pleasure of working with John on several Motorola projects, most of which were "greenfield" technologies. John was the go-to person when it came to new products due to his superb ability to navigate previously uncharted business opportunities. His communication skills, both written and verbal made it possible for John to successfully articulate new products to all levels of stakeholders; from engineers to VPs to end-users and partners. John is a dynamic and energetic leader who I truly enjoyed working with.

John O'Neill was our "voice of the customer" and our subject matter expert concerning what was going on in the area of emerging technologies. He knew everything about our customers and the marketplace. He is brilliant and one of the nicest people you'd ever work with. John provided insight, feedback and questions in technical reviews and new product planning. He was the go to person when discussing new product features and priorities for product roll-out. I highly recommend John O’Neill. He is a natural salesman and an indispensible team player. He is tenacious and able to produce a great amount of success. He shoots high and hit or exceeds his targets. John has an innate ability to understand technology, customer needs and what the market will bear concerning price. He is an excellent negotiator and I am happy to say I never had to negotiate against John… I really liked having him on our team.
