I reported to Johnny for little over 2 years. The team enjoyed plenty of success, output and innovation under the leadership of Johnny. One of Johnny's key strengths is the ability to build a strong and inclusive team. From here I was impressed by how Johnny was able to push and develop people in the team. As a leader, Johnny was able to maintain a level of openness and listen to people, both inside and outside the team, in a way that very few leaders are capable of doing. This combined with Johnny's strong work ethic and understanding of the business made him very successful as a leader. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and hope our paths will cross again in the future.

I hired Johnny back in 2012 and he quickly brought that area of the business to a completely new level. He instantly had a positive effect not only on our team but on the company as a whole. A while later after the team had grown it was a very easy decision for me to promote Johnny to manage his own part of the team since he had done amazingly well in his role and I saw strong leadership talent in him. Johnny has an incredibly positive attitude and is never afraid to tackle new challenges, he actually embraces it and quickly adjusts to handle any task at hand. Johnny motivates his team and other colleagues to deliver amazing results through his hard work, positive attitude, ability to quickly analyze complex situations and identify improvement areas while understanding and explaining the connection to the bigger picture. He is an extremely hard worker and very solution oriented, every time I gave Johnny a task I knew the outcome would be amazing. Johnny truly made Klarna a better company and he was a massive contribution to the overall success of his team, my team, and Klarna's success. I would be honoured to work with Johnny again in the future, both because of his business skills but also because he is a really nice guy to be around, he is simply one of the greatest superstars I have ever had the pleasure of working with!
