  Attraction International Fintech Pte Ltd Sales & Marketing, Head Attract Pay is a new payment platform start-up with based in New Zealand and branches in Australia and Thailand. • Seconded to New Zealand for product and on-boarding process training with the sales Director. • Managed the end-to-end processes for the new start-up which includes:  Implementation of onboarding, settlement, operations and KYC processes.  Identify target sectors, partnerships and business opportunities.  Hire and train new sales team.  Coordinate integration between IT team in Hangzhou and local merchant IT teams to ensure integration is completed within dateline and all issues are resolved before going ‘live’ for online and e-commerce platforms. • Expanded the payment platform scope for our merchants by offering E-Commerce solutions, Mini Program Development and Digital Marketing, effectively becoming a one-stop solution specialist. • Prepare fortnightly dashboards to report to stakeholders.
