  I have been working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where communication and great team work is key. Required to work both early and late shifts, managing the morning opening and evening close where effective time management is crucial. This is a customer-facing role where maintaining positive relationships with regulars, as well as being a friendly face is key. It is a high-stress environment in the train station, where you are constantly managing the flow of customers, stock and the duties of team members. Out-of-hours communication with managers to maintain stock levels is also required.   I reported directly to the Managing Director, whilst working closely with the company's Head of Marketing. In this role, I organised and collated new and existing clients in our database using LinkedIn, CRM software and Excel. I worked from home for lengthy periods, managing my own time effectively to hit short deadlines and achieve monthly goals. This was also whilst completing my MSc with it's own weekly assessments and long-form projects. I had regular meetings with the MD, updating them on my progress and receiving feedback.
