  The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a member of the Executive team, who all work together to fulfill responsibility for overall agency administration. The COO is responsible for managing the overall organization operations and works closely with the CEO, other Executive team members, Directors, and greater team Leadership to support the vision and strategy of the CAP Sonoma organization-wide. This inward focused role directly oversees and supports the success and efficiency of the Compliance, Facilities, HR, and IT departments and all of the organization's administrative and operational processes with a goal of continuously developing and improving systems. This position is responsible for analyzing data and implementing evaluations to support required reports to multiple funders including local, state and federal partners.The COO is also responsible for creating and managing Operations departmental budgets with Directors, and provides supervision of the following departments and their directors and/or managers: Facilities, Human Resources, IT, Compliance and Evaluation, including contractors/subcontractors and CSBG requirements, which requires the monitoring, understanding and facilitating the integration of community resources to improve the overall well-being of low-income community members. COO works with the Chief Program Officer (CPO) to support program needs and facilitate Fiscal Sponsorship compliance and needs. This position represents the CEO as assigned. Show less
