  I manage a sizeable team of property law specialists who carry out a wide range of work from major development projects to residential conveyancing (the latter work being undertaken primarily by a team of dedicated legal executives). I undertake a considerable amount of property law work for central government ministries and agencies and in particular I have assisted the Ministry of Social Development with its large national portfolio of leased properties for over 15 years. I have recently been providing advice to the newly-established Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE) and I am assisting a large Ministry with its current head office accommodation project. I enjoy working on complex development projects which can involve a large number of challenging property law issues. Show less
