You've got a methodical, comprehensive, soup-to-nuts curriculum. Few business coaches have their program as well thought out as you do. It's an uncommon value, you offer.

I was a member and client of John Marshall's Results Driven Workshop and business coaching. I had a very positive experience in my one year time with him. Once a month for an hour we spoke over the phone and received consultation and advice regarding my business. Even though I have been a small business owner since 1998, it was very beneficial to receive John's input. Through his knowledge and wealth of experiences working with many different businesses and clients, we established basic business systems for marketing and strategies for increasing revenue. Every other month John held an all day workshop with all of the other members/clients. It was an educational workshop that focused upon one of his 12 business strategies and also an opportunity to collaborate and network with many other business owners. Lots of good ideas and brainstorming with everyone was invaluable as we could share our individual experiences collectively and come away with knowledge on how to solve a particular problem or implement a new business strategy learned from the group interaction. As a sole proprietor, I am by myself all the time and don't have daily interaction with other colleagues or business peers. I really enjoyed meeting with John over the phone for our monthly conversation. He really listened well and came back with thoughtful input to help elevate my business. It was just a nice thing to be able to talk to someone about everything about what I'm going through and any challenges I would have. John would help set particular goals and actions to take before our next monthly phone meeting. There was always a sense of forward motion. John was my personal consultant for my business and I really enjoyed the process and personal attention from him. My experience in the Results Driven Workshop and personal coaching was a good investment of my time and money.

      I graduated with a business degree and started my career with Procter & Gamble (P&G). I enjoyed my time there with their superb training, but I knew I was more of an entrepreneur, than a corporate person. I decided to expand my entrepreneurial experience, so for 5 years I traveled throughout the world. To finance my dream, I became a Tour Director leading tours throughout Europe. I also did personal travelling in The Middle East, Africa, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and Asia. During my travels I met entrepreneurs from all over the world. I had many fascinating conversations, and I also heard stories of entrepreneur’s struggles. The small business struggles were identical in London, Paris, Stockholm, Johannesburg, Sydney, Singapore, and Hong Kong. These conversations and insights reinforced my idea, to one day design a Program to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and self employed professionals succeed. Before the Program was launched, it was carefully designed from training entrepreneurs in the U.S., Canada and Europe. In designing the Program, entrepreneurs told him that they were tired of the ‘quick fixes’. The ‘quick fix’ of: one day seminars, weekend workshops and webinars. They liked the ideas in these products, but all too soon, the momentum wore off. They wanted something more. The Results Driven Program was designed to help with long term success. It wouldn’t be another ‘quick fix'. The Program is a powerful training combination of group workshops and one-on-one training. This is the most effective way to accelerate growth. The Program includes: - Quarterly Group Training Workshops - One-on-One Training The Program's 'Success Strategies' builds entrepreneurs’ mind set, maximizes their uniqueness, increases revenue and helps them gain more focus.
