Event requirements include live sound, video, IMAG, video taping, and lighting for events up to 1,500 people. Since joining Charlotte AHEC I have helped with the upgrade of AV equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of live events. New equipment includes Analog Way seamless video switcher, new AT wireless microphones with Antenna Distribution Amplifier, Presonus 16.4 digital audio mixer. Assisted with AV design and installation for renovation of Suzanne H. Freeman Auditorium. Programmed audio DSP and tuned room for even audio coverage through out the entire room. Also responsible for maintaining and updating the Charlotte AHEC website. Main point of contact working with project team working with Consultants to improve the overall functionality of website and improve overall user experience. Site includes connections to multiple databases to render regional AHEC educational opportunities for customer registration. Responsible for Charlotte AHEC eLink online modules and webinars with Adobe Connect. Helped to meet goal of over 100 online modules. Worked to develop Online Curriculum for physicians to meet requirements to become certified DOT Medical Examiner.
