Juan is like no other Director I have worked for before. He is a prime example of a leader, and any company would be lucky to have him on their team. Juan pushes his team's to constantly learn and develope in their roles but also holds himself to the same standards. He is extremely humble, confident, tech savvy and composed. Juan is a pro when it comes to managing a HUGE workload, and he does so without showing any signs of stress or exhaustion. I would not be where I am at in my career or personal life if it wasn't for Juan. He is my mentor, and I'm so thankful to have gotten to work with him at Tuff Shed.
