John Im worked for Jumpstart as the Community Corps Manager from April 2013-June 2014. Prior to his employment as staff he also worked with us as the Community Corps intern. John’s primary responsibilities included maintaining financial records, ensuring file compliance, material management, and intern supervision. He also assisted with volunteer training and support. John was able to translate our grant requirements into processes and procedures to ensure we were in compliance and able to easily meet reporting requests. He demonstrated creativity, excellent analytical skills, and leadership in all assigned tasks. John was able to work individually and in a team setting. He effectively interfaced with volunteers, preschool teachers, and Jumpstart regional and national staff. In all interactions John showed professionalism, integrity, and consideration for others. Without reservation I recommend John and I am sure he will be an asset.

John is an amazing colleague with incredible designing skills. His passion for raising awareness through his work is a great asset to his character. John continually strives to push the boundaries of his artwork, discovering hidden niches that always add to his already extensive skill set. Of all the designers I have worked with, John has absolutely been the best. John's work ethic is fantastic. He brings a great aura that lightens up everybody's mood. Whenever I had a personal problem, I always look to John for guidance. I find his thought process a great balance of logic and empathy. I highly recommend John Im as a colleague. The combination of his energy, enthusiasm, and skill set is a unique blend of characters that contribute to an efficient and positive workspace.
