• - Provided technical support and project management for billing software. Clients I worked with daily included large complex hospital systems such as Kaiser Permanente and Bryan Health. - Lead frequent calls with customer IT team and high-level management, resolved issues and ensured timely project completion. - Interacted daily with hospital IT employees to educate them on correct usage of Epic’s software.



• - Chosen for the Tulane nanomaterials engineering research team. Reported findings weekly to Dr. Douglas Chrisey, expert on nanomaterials engineering for energy storage applications. - Designed and performed novel nanomaterial experiments. Projects included iron oxide nanoparticles for biomedical applications, nanoporous carbon spheres for carbon capture and sequestration, and development of 3D nanostructures by photonic curing for next-gen battery development. - Trained new lab employees in experimental procedures.
