  I built a system for collating, and a team for analyzing, civil-military engagement reports (i.e. meeting reports and observations) across the Iraq Theater of Operations. We then produced a short Daily Summary with analysis for senior leaders both at the Corps (three star) staff level and below. We were told by Corps staff that they started sending our reports up to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
