Associated natural gas flaring has become a growing environmental concern globally given the significant amount of CO2 emitted and the energy that is wasted. Oil producers often flare associated gas because its value is less than the gathering & processing cost. CarboEvolution, LLC (“Carbo”) is a development stage company which was formed to solve these issues utilizing small-scale, mobile, integrated gas processing/LNG plants. Carbo’s initial fleet of liquefaction and ancillary equipment will be located in the Delaware/Permian Basin to collect wellhead gas streams that are otherwise flared and wasted, thus recovering energy, reducing CO2 emissions, and creating tangible value.

> Wahoo Midstream, LLC is an LNG development company which was the developer instrumental in redirecting Bear Head LNG in Nova Scotia from an import facility to an export facility. > Identified and structured three North American LNG export opportunities on the East and West Coasts, one of which was Bear Head LNG > Wahoo Midstream convinced LNG Limited, a public Australian development company, to acquire Bear Head LNG from Anadarko in 2014. > Wahoo Midstream currently has a passive role in Bear Head LNG and retains a residual success fee in such project.
